Description
The first few hours of school went by rather fast, it was during P.E. that I ran into a small snag. Litteraly! During my run I bacame sidetracked when I heard Shift howling at someone, causeing me to crach into the back of Shingaku herself. We both toppled over and I nearly hit my head on the sidewalk, I could hear Shift laughing at me over in her little corner. "Are you allright Tenchi?" Shingaku asked me. "Yeah." I stood and dusted myself off as Shingaku did the same, the bell wrang while we were getting all of the orange colored dust off of ourselves. "I knew that I shouldn't have worn a white shirt." I grumbled to mtself as Shingaku and I began to walk back twoards our class. "What made you crash into my back?" Shingaku asked me with a wild smirk on her face. "I was running and got sidetracked." I answered bluntly befor stepping on something soft. I heard a loud yelp and what I steped on ran out from under my foot causeing me to trip over my footing. If Shingaku hadn't caught me I would have broke my nose on the cement."Thanks..." I said while trying to pull myself up off of the ground. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a dark grey fox walking up to me, appalogiseing for triping me. I patted the little vixen on the head and began walking home. "Hey Shingaku?" I turned and asked. "Yes?" She replyed. "Would you like to come over to my camp for dinner?" Shingaku smiled and trotted up to me. "Sure!" We bagan makeing our way to my campiste oddly the little fox was following us the whole time. I had to stop and try to shoo the little vixen off about six times befor I just felt tired of waisting my time.
When we arived at my campside I started a fire and gathered two ostrich egg's, some wild vegitables and berries, cinnimon and cajune spices, caught two bass and a maple tree stick. Shingaku sat on the oppicite side of the fire watching me intentsly as I put the ostrich eggs in stone bowls and cooked them slightly over the flame. I added some cajune spice and mixed it in with the maple stick, when the eggs looked like oatmeal I took them off of the flame (Still half raw). I de-boned and de-scaled the bass and wrapped the fish around some berries, onion and wild potato, shoveing metal sticks into the fish I placed them into the open flames. When the fish gave off a burning smell I took them off of the fire and placed them on a cloth neckercheif. I took the remaining berries and sptinckled cinnimon over them.
Finished with my cooking I turned to Shingaku. "The food is done help yourself." Shingaku took a fish roll and some berries while I took the two bowls of eggs and a fish roll. "Sorry. I didn't know that you don't like eggs." I appologised to Shingaku for not cooking food that she likes. "Its not that I don't like eggs, I just dont like RAW eggs." A noise comeing from the bushes behind us made me jump, but when I turned to see what is was it turned out that the vixenhad followed Shingaku and I all the way out here. The vixen mearly looked at me then trotted over to the eggs and began eating them. "Hey you cant just eat someone elses food without asking!" Shingaku yelled at the vixen who just continued eating. Once the vixen had finneshed she turned and looked up at Shingaku with menacing eye's.
"Just because your a demon it doesnt give you the right to deny s hungry animal food!" More surpriseing than the fackt that she could talk the vixen suddenly stood up on her hind legs and bagan to change shape, a dark glow emmited from her small body as she began to grow and change shape. Once the trancformation was complete I gasped as I looked into the eye's of not a fox... but a human. "Your kind are allways so cruel to the weak. I will not back down to you!" The girl? suddenly ran at Shingaku who was getting ready to fight, I out of nature ran into the mittle of them and caught both of their punches befor they could hurt eathother. "Please refrain from fighting im my preasence!" I yelled at the two of them. "I appalogise wolf-mother. I seem to have upsett you."
