Description
A dragon designed in the likeness of , and one of a trio descending from the same common ancestry."Behold, the Starlight Dragon...
A beast that soars through the night sky without need to flap its wings. Harnessing the power of the nighttime's starry light, is swims through the air with the grace of a Koi fish, leaving in its wake a glowing mist of frozen air...
The Starlight is one of three dragon breeds that harnesses the energy of light to give it the ability to fly without flapping its wings. To move through the open air, it flicks its tail and waves its head, making it appear to swim in the open sky like a fish.
Its body is a deep blue, with wing, eyes, horns, and markings that glow brightly in the darkness.
Being a light/ice type elemental, it is perfectly capable of freezing anyone and anything that dares earn its wrath. It freezes its victims by spraying them with liquid nitrogen. So long as it is capable of breathing, it is able to use this means of attack. It then dines on the frozen carcass, but only after smashing it into smaller pieces.
This dragon bears glowing spots that run along its body, and they glow brightest on nights when there are no clouds visible in the sky.
The Starlight is willing to breed only when there are no clouds present to obscure its view of the sky.
Nocturnal in nature, it flies, hunts, and does all other things only when when the sun is down.
It is one of three dragons hailing from a common ancestor. The Starlight, like its two counterparts the Sunglow and the Moonbeam, has no visible pupils. All three dragons leave the same sized and shaped footprint in the ground, making it impossible to tell the three species apart by prints. They also share the same style of horns. Their common physical traits, paired with all being a light elemental, are what has led many to believe that the three breeds were initially one dragon species.
Lives in open areas with access to large bodies of water and greenery.
Omnivorous.
