I'm practicing with jam for mailing it out to friends, and I went with a strawberry theme today. The flavors are, from top of that stack to the bottom: Strawberry Banana, Strawberry Kiwi, and Triple Berry (Strawberry, blackberry, blueberry)

I'll be honest and say that I don't care for the strawberry banana; but lets be blunt, I don't like it to begin with. It tastes like a strawberry banana smoothie from McDonalds. Temp roommate likes it though, its his favorite of the three.
I absolutely ADORE how the strawberry kiwi mixture came out, and to be blunt its gonna be hard to give these samples away at work on payday. But alas, I need some second opinions.
The triple berry mixture is also great, and I'm actually going to make pancakes in the 'morning' because it reminds me a lot of boysenberry syrup.

These are all low sugar. I made 8, 4 ounce jars of each - and each batch had less than 1 cup sugar added. I've already got other mixture ideas in mind~
