He's planned and manipulated many events over the iterations, such as whispering unknowable knowledge to various versions of Disney and his company and aiding Donnah through out Ontdekking. He truly has been here forever, and will continue to appear every now and then.

He's the same entity as Soluna Mickey and many other Mickey "Toons", however he has been around for as long as Mickey Mouse himself, though time is a bit wonky when we get into the iterations the world has been through.
