This is my idea for a fan-game, Mega Man: Reprise. There would be two main ideas this game is built on. First, it would be a Metroid-style Mega Man game, similar to what Mega Man X Corrupted does for the X series. In this game, you will use the various Robot Master powers to navigate the levels. Second, rather than using original bosses, it will have every Robot Master from the series, and every one of their powers. It will even have new powers from bosses that didn't give powers before, such as Dark Man from Mega Man 5.
Additionally, as a member of some of the older Mega Man online communities, I’d like to actually incorporate some of my favorite fan-made characters, such as Ran and Allegro. For those who aren’t familiar with them, I’ll introduce them in a later update. This will be a massive game, but one that any Mega Man fan can enjoy!

Honestly, probably never. I can't program at all and I don't know anyone who can, so this likely won't progress beyond what you've seen here. Not to mention that the scope of this game is so huge that it would likely take years to finish. Hopefully I'll be able to make it one day, but it doesn't seem likely.
