Awesome, I love TMNT! You should do a pic sometime of the old, comic version of Raphael, where he was all dark and shadowy, for some reason that I can't recall at the moment....Or of shredder, that would just look badass as ALL HELL.. But anyways, GREAT JOB!!

Now Im not going to read every comment here to see if what Im going to say has been said, Im just gonna say it. I have all or most of the original turtle comics from when I was a kid by Peter Laird and everyone else and everyy turtle had a reddish orange mask/clothing. The colors were changed for the more toned down TV show and childrens comic. The original comic was more dark and for older readers.
And this is a great piece. Looks awesome, just as I remember them.

all the turtles have red masks in the original comic series.
when they became a kiddies cartoon they got the different colors so dumbshits could tell the difference between them..anyways...

(oh, and btw kyrol-dk, the very original comics were in black and white. lots of different cover artists did color them in some different ways ... but i don't think Eastman / Laird specified anything)
and speaking of the comic book, that's what these two pieces reminded me of -- back in the day, before the cartoons and movies diluted the coolness of the original idea.
