Man... I'm totally feeling the scale here. It's awesome. With this level of refinement and such a strong ethereal atmosphere you'll be sure to do well in EOTW. I particularly like the way you handled the texture of and reflections upon the water. Very nice.

IN that case, I'd recommend reading some of Lovecraft's stuff, you'll get a lot of inspiration for landscapes from that.

cheers man, the bulk of this was the std hard round, foliage/trees were added from daniels brushpack, added a little bit of texture with scatter/dual brushes made on the fly

yeah, (not so much lately though, im getting lazy hehe) speedpaint a lot, used to do one a day, and lots of gestural sketching, been doing it for 3yr or so
