here's another quick tut, since it seems like people really liked the rain one! I hope to get around to making tutorials for all my usual environmental animations - sometimes I get the impression that people think my animations are more complicated than they really are, so hopefully these tutorials dispel some of the mystery P:

I do my animation in aseprite, but this should work for most animation programs. (Graphicsgale is also worth checking out if you want a free pixel animation program! graphicsgale.com/us/ )
