i love making these things and want to spread the joy so here's a quick thing to show you how I do it. I know a lot of people are intimidated by animation and don't want the hassle of learning a new program, so this also works as a quick and dirty summary of a lazy method you can use for simple animations.

obvs you can simplify this a bit if you're working with an actual animation program, but the basic scrolling method still applies

this assumes knowledge of things like layers and the magic wand tool, so if you don't know how to use those you might want to look up some other tutorials on DA first.
