Description
A break from Nyssa extras: this was taken at the UW greenhouses. I honestly can't remember what plant this was, but if I ever remember to look, I'll let you know.04/03/09: WHOA, a DD, and I'm barely even here anymore! Thank you everyone. If you would like to purchase this print (or any print), please note me first. I have updated files, and can offer other printing services at the same rates.

I believe it is a carnivorous plant, I use to have some of those. They catch insects with the sap. (Drosera) It is a passive trap.

It's definitely carnivorous. I believe that before it hits this stage, its ends are curled up with the sticky buds inside (or something - sorry, hard to describe). They're really cute either way.

Yes, it curls slowly. Those are hard to grow where I live because it is desert. My country only holds one kind of carnivorous plant that has sticky leaves.

Aw, thanks. If you ever do decide to buy it, let me know first. I use a professional print lab these days, and can offer other sizes at similar/same rates. Plus, I'd actually get all the profit that way. ;D
Glad you enjoyed it!
