so cute! How do you make it look like its moving like that? Like did you 'transform' it in photoshop or make each lines different by hand in a different layer?

aww thankyou ^^ oh sure! well i used flash and its basically just two frames, on one frame i had him normal and on the second frame i adjusted the lines a bit and so its animating between the two! :3
hope that makes sense XD i didnt redraw the whole a lot though, i just tweaked lines~
