Description
The bright afternoon sun shone brightly against the young oracle's ceremonial dress as she modestly smiled back at all the town's residents, their clamorous fanfare drowning out any words.
Her royal army entourage marched down the main road to the palace, greeting the citizens with pride and joy as renowned heroes.
Colorful rose petals tossed from the higher buildings fluttered along around them all on a gentle breeze, lending it a sweet smell.

Guardia Millenial Fair - Chrono Trigger

Perhaps one of the longer scenes I've taken to make, probably right behind Into The Shrieking Gloom ! 5-7 hours for scenebuildingposing and editing each.
I really wanted to do another happy sort of medieval scene, and so I set out to make one that took place -in- a well-populated city. At first, I wanted to do a busy market or carneval sort of scene, but I lacked the props to do a really satisfactory scene, or I went ahead and made a main road, and the idea of a noble or some royalty being escorted to the city's palace really started to stick out to me.
What's visible in the scene is only about a third of the whole scenebuild, so I will doubtless use it again for another!
I'd had difficulty finding any models really befitting of someone that important, but then I remembered Vindictus, and built off of that theme.
