Woot! It's Waka, from the PS2 game Okami! The drawing at the bottom is original artwork so there's some comparason for those of you who've never played the game. And yes his legs are that short. It's the art style of the game, and an awesome art style at that. Anyway he's made of felt and about 5in tall. Sorry about my hand being in all the pics. I had a load of fun making this, and I'm very proud of it.

Unfortunately, this was so tedious to make and took so long that I don't think I'd part with one for under $50. That's such an unreasonable price that I don't think I'll be selling them.

ah. I see. I can understand that. I've made plushies before by hand, and I often feel that I'm not charging enough, even though people are paying 20-25 dollars for some of the stuff I make. It really sucks.
did you use a sewing machine? I'm guessing for aomething like that you would HAVE to sew it by hand. Sewing machines are nice for big staright lines...but, they can;t so little things.

Ohmygosh, that is sooo frickin' awesome~!!!!!!! @0@ And it's so wonderfully made! I love how you captured the style of the game, it looks just like him.

I didn't make a pattern... but I could probably come up with some kind of pattern if you want. But just to warn you, if I did do that, the pattern would be sort of... just the rough idea more then an exact pattern.

I'm just kind of interested in how you did the head and the pants, really. I think the rest I could kind of eyeball to figure out. It's just too adorable, and since Waka was totally one of my favorite characters in the game, I feel like I have to make my own. x3 Please don't worry about it if it's too much trouble or anything, though. o.o;
And believe me, I feel you about the not-much-planning thing. I rush into projects without planning them out waaaay too much. xD;

I'm on this part of the game, he's killed me 3 or 4 times already, I have to try again, XD I'm so bad at fighting. He's a pretty cool character though.

Heh, yeah I almost died the first time I played that part of the game. The only reason I didn't die is because I spent all my money on a bunch of healing items beforehand, not knowing that I'd be using all of them in the next fight. >_< Good luck with the game!

really? I'm getting crazy amounts of yen so I can get cool moves. Healing items would be good too. O__O and I found out that if you crash into statues they pop and give you stuff. Very nice. Thank you.

I'm loving this game, its hard not to. My parents went to bed and told me not to stay up too much longer, but I played until like . . . 1am XD bad, but it was during christmas vacay so it wasn't so bad. And I don't do school work anyway. ^__^
