I got a bit busy with this one! I LOVE mottled patterns. I was scared I wouldn’t get this in on time since my computer has been a huge brat D: Hope this is what you were looking for, though! I get so educated in modern clothing styles through creature-exchange XD Never knew about Morigirl fashion before. Made me keep singing old Rasputina songs, though. Haha!

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

It was well written, though I did have a bit of trouble figuring out carousel without making her an actual carousel animal. Tried to subtly add the chest harness you see in most carousel animals with fur pattern and layer the shirt like the hood of a carousel.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

I’ve never seen this fashion style before, but found it cute. I do hope I was able to interpret it properly! I kept with soft, warm colours through most everything and gave the dress a green hue with dots. Abilities and quirks are up to the receiver of the CE!
