This month I got for my assignment!

This gal was a challenge for me (not in a bad way), mostly because of the pallet. I was stepping out of my usual comfort zone and using bright, saturated colours, and I think I actually did a good job with them So that makes me happy! I decided also to try out the clothing and clothing less version since they wanted not to simple and not too complicated designs and an rather covering outfit. I do hope I did the harem style pants right! Another first for me. I hope that the character is gender neutral enough. I kind of got a bit feminine looking with the clothing ^_^;

1 - What parts of your prompt were written well and easy to understand? Was there anything the writer of the prompt could improve on or include next time they create a prompt?

The prompt was pretty straight forward to me. They knew what they wanted and it wasn't too complicated to me, just a bit past my usual style/concepts. I was given just enough wiggle room to have fun and hopefully make something the recipient enjoys. The only thing I wasn't sure, is how to make a character look "thug as heck," but I put that down to my own experience with characters and pop culture.

2 - Please explain how you interpreted the prompt to create your design. Which features did you use? Did you stick to the chosen palette or make changes to it? Does the design you created have any special abilities or quirks?

Gender neutral leaning to feminine, urban/street/dance sorts of clothing, a ferret as the animal is how I understood things. I hopefully added everything my assigned person wanted and left room for the fun of surprise when they get the pic. I stuck to the brighter pallet pretty hard. I only added an off white for shoes and eyes and a darker pink in the mouth for a natural look. The shirt text was my idea since ferrets do a weasel war dance when excited and she is a dance ferret : P
