Hey Arnold fanart. This is how I imagine Helga and Phoebe looking if Craig had made the Pataki's. I'm not very good at the Hey Arnold style. However this is a lot better than my usual attempts soooo...here are teh girrrrrrrrrrls.(I love helga so much. she rocks my socks off.)
