Graffiti I made for Craig Bartlett's facebook. Not really sure what's going on, but it seems like the kids have been out in the rain and are just coming inside.Helga seems to be comforting Arnold... Wonder what happened?

Maybe he's sad 'cause he doen't know why sometimes people don't want their advice when he only wants to help. And Helga'd answer: "Let themselves cover their own asses", and Arnold'd laugh. XD I don't know. Great pic!

I like that idea. He just wants to help people, but it's not always easy being the one who "fixes" things.

Now, what I'm getting here is the possible scenario of maybe Arnold finding out that his parents did indeed kick the bucket, so that could be why he seems sad. He could've been wandering around the city aimlessly, thinking about it all and just feeling miserable. Helga maybe is walking around to get a break, and maybe they're close to her house and she sees him there all sad. And leads to this part of the picture!
Hmmm...
Or, maybe Phil or Gertie got sick, in the hospital and he's worried about it all.
Or, maybe it's a simple case of missing his parents on the day of October 5th when they left.
Either way, it all makes for a sweet scenario. 83

So many sad ideas. I love them all. I can't imagine what Arnold would do if he found out his parents were definitely dead. I think it would break him a little bit.

Thank you! ^w^ He seems pretty sad and down about something, that's pretty much where I got the ideas from. But that's just me, every drawing tells a story. :3 And yeah, I can see he'd be pretty broken down if Miles and Stella never made it.
