1. Awww! 
2. Ooh, Gerald is going to have a hard time "protecting" his little sister. On the bright side. On the bright side, this could be the beginning of a beautiful new 'ship. (Not the one you told me about last night — I'm thinking Chocolate Boy, mostly because their attitudes compliment each other's nicely.)
3. That's what Arnold gets for saying he'd do anything to cheer Gerald up after his tiff with Phoebe. (We can guess what that was over...)
4. I'm not a big fan of short hair on women (yeah, bad me) but it looks terrific on Helga here. As beautiful as they are, ~poisonivy 's Harold adds a nice humorous counterbalance. Heh, they're not stopping for anything.
5. Curly's looking pretty good, and I'm sure Rhonda has noticed but is just engrossed in her conversation with her dear friend Patty. I'd tell him to watch where those eyes are pointing, but even Sheena seems to have an inappropriate stare. Poor Eugene finally found something he can't look on the bright side of.
I hope Helga's not drowning Arnold in the background.
6. Harold's worry is so poignant, all over his face. Those eyes are so distant. Arnold is definitely getting some good moving real-life there, but he's such a calming figure that it would be easy for anyone to just be themselves, even when he's recording.
7. Curly needs to knock. Beautiful work on the lovers, though, and the poses together are terrific.
8. AIIIGH! Helga is threatening us to more drawing! OBEY THE HELGA!

Timberly/Arnold wouldn't be bad at all... except maybe for Gerald at first. After all, while dating your best friend's sister can be a strain, marrying your best friend's sister is usually considered an epic win for the families.*
It wouldn't be bad for Helga. It would be extremely horrible vicious fate stomping her flat, tying her hands to her feet, then using her as a fan belt on its Total Suckage EngineTM. But I'm sure someone — other than Brainy — would be able to lift her spirits and show her a wonderful new life. (Phoebe is just that awesome.
* I haven't seen any statistics on whether or not these unions are happier and last better. Just in theory, there are good arguments for which way it's likely to turn out.
