I made this a long time ago for a contest but i didnt submit this
Now i got a subscription and i like to get a Journal skin like this
But i am not sure how to code this one 
It will be a great help if someone can code this one for me

I've started refurbishing my journal's boring CSS, and this glassy, Vista look is exactly what I'm gunning for.
(Not this actual layout mind you, but lots of inspiration from it.
