I love 'em both but, it's hard to choose. Each one of the three main villains have been awesome so far.
In all honesty, Discord might have beaten then both.
Nightmare Moon threw troubles at the six that only strengthened their friendship, Chrysalis may have over-powered them but, they're friendship never wavered. (They just got mad at Twilight for a bit)
But, Discord actually caused them to break up as friends. Regardless how he did it, it's not easy to break up a strong friendship and he did it in less then 30 minutes. You gotta give him credit for that.
