I loooove Isaiah. God gave him some of the most beautiful prophecies in the Bible, I think!
I heard that the word we translate as "virgin" could also mean "young woman." If anyone tries to argue that with you, just tell them that this prophecy had a double-fulfillment. One for the people in Isaiah's time, a non-miraculous child who was a living prophecy, and one that was to be for all time.
It's the only double-fulfillment I know of... I think that's pretty cool!
