Description I got bored and the internet went out... So this happened.
It's fairly simple, but I thought it was pretty.

Any meaning behind the piece?
I guess you could make it out to mean anything. I see it as this just reflects that eyes are windows to the soul, and we're all different. You could also make it out to mean that it's reflecting the world rather than the soul, and it amplifies the colors of the world. I didn't have a particular meaning in mind, really. It's all in the eye of the beholder.

When I first began getting into digital art I also did photo manipulations for eyes. They are not in my gallery anymore, but doing it will help you grow and get you used to the digital stuff. I hope to see more of your stuff.

wow nice eye here. Is it layers of the same picture with different color eyes and you are masking out each eye to give this effect?

I'm not that professional, honestly. Ahaha - I just made an eye-color layer and used a soft brush with a low opacity and blended the colors. I then played with the eyelids so I can get that nice eye shadow.
