It's just a photo enhancement. I'll probably try painting it/drawing it...something... later...when I have time. I just thought the effect was really cool, so I added it to meh gallery^^

I enhanced the photo...a lot of times...thought it looked pretty neat, so I put it up here...wish I had actually /painted/ it, perhaps I shall try that later...
