Really great piece. Has nice black x white contrast between upper and lower part. That is finely united by the phone booth. Still, it makes me wonder, whether a little bit lower view couldn't have used it to both make it more of a separate piece in the frame and overshadow the top left corner building. In my opinion that and the green road sign hinder the serene look of the shot.
Also the lady, while no doubt fundamental for the whole photo, makes it crowded. What I mean to say is that since she is in the same plane as the booth, she has a bit of a disruptive effect. Were she like ... two steps back, she still wouldn't be too close to the border, but would be freestanding. More important.
Great sky by the way. I never knew, you could have so much black in an overall high-key photo!

I'm nearly sure that you've captured the sky but you lost it while working on the lomo effect cross process. May i say you have a cloudy grey sky wich will give this nice work a more dramatic look..

i like it, but I feel as though if it was the background that was a tad blurry instead of the girl the effect would be more widely recieved.
Although, I could see how you may have been trying to do the exact opposite of that in order to go against the grain of "that's how traditional photography would be", trying to be innovative and different. In that, I could see the artistic expression.
I don't know though. Personally, I think that the background being blurred would have enhanced it in some way because of the colors. The red would have been mor exaggerated, and the whites more eye-catching, causing the woman to stick out more if she had been solid.
I do think, however, that if the photograph (as it appears here) was a really large print (say 30x30inches or so), it would look absolutely fantastic. The limitations of a computer screen dimensions really limit it's potential.
