Continuing the backlog of material uploads.

theo_winters offered some quickie transformation story commissions about...9 or so months ago, and I grabbed the 'statue' slot he was offering.

The piece he came up with was a nifty and very straight-forward short piece, title 'The Fairy's World', based on a setting from a previous work of his.

A while after the submission was up, Xids offered a kiriban contest. One piece of art would be the prize, and I snagged it. So I offered for him to read a few different stories in my gallery, and settle on a transformation scene in one of them. He settled on this one, the statufication/petrification scene from Theo's piece.

There's a few differences between this pic and the descriptions given in the story. If you read the story, you'll note the color and pattern of the stone is a bit different in the picture. I think the stone looks a bit like an encasement in this one, instead of the direct transformation.
