This is the Rebellion in Plant Mode, courtesy of the Plant Glyph giving it some FLOWER POWER.The Plant Glyph is discovered in some flower petals in the beginning of Season 1 Episode 16 - Enchanting Grom Night.
In this form, Luke is capable of unleashing or summoning vines and trees to ensnare, impale or pummel his enemies! Luke uses this sword's form to battle the many forms of Grom.
The Plant Glyph is the last glyph Luke will ever find. With that, he's found all 6 Glyphs.
