Description A skeleton reconstruction of the giant prehistoric bird Argentavis magnificens.

Argentavis magnificens (meaning Magnificent Argentine Bird) was the largest flying bird that has ever existed and lived about 6 million years ago in Argentina. It had a wingspan up 8 meters. It's not sure how it looked like, but most likely resembled a really huge condor.

Well this specimen isn't located at a museum, but in a zoo. The Zoo where you can see this Argentavis specimen is Gaiapark Zoo in Kerkrade, The Netherlands.
