The Professor and his tophat crew

So I finished Professor Layton and the Curious Village the other day. I am officially in love.
I also watched the Eternal Diva movie, and a few years ago I played through the Spectres Call (I CRIED FUCKING BUCKETS)
So yeah, um, I guess I'm a part of the fandom now X3

This has probably been done before but I couldn't get the idea out of my system so I had to draw it.
I'd better justify my choices of Pokemon...

1. I chose Gallade because Hershel seems pretty experienced in fencing and an awesome swordsman, I kinda figured Gallade would make a great and gentlemanly fencing partner owo
2. I always saw Noctowl as an intelligent and fancy pokemon, very suitable for an aristocratic or english lifestyle. He could help the Prof with puzzles, help reach high up books by flying, he's a pretty ideal partner!
3. Kadabra was a little awkward to draw (the only reason he has a monocle is because I had so much trouble drawing the left eye I just covered it up XD) but I thought a psychic type was a must in this particular team. And Kadabra just suited the role! (also, spoon for stirring tea! )
4. I really like Sawsbuck. In fact, any pokemon with hooves. I love them. And since Professor Layton seems to be an avid rider, I thought a horse-like pokemon would suit his team handsomely. Also, the leaves on his antlers could be used to make tea! TEA EVERYWHERE!! (smol tophat tho Q^Q)

So yeah! There's the crew! THIS WAS REALLY FUN TO DRAW.

There will probably be more, I really enjoyed that <3
