Description Thought I'd upload this since I don't know when I'll have the time or gumption to finish. I decided to do another comic book challenge on my day off from work. I think Tarzan is my favorite Disney movie as an adult.

This will be put into scraps if I ever get the whole thing done.

(I <3 Jane's buck teeth.)

I'll try, but I should probably think about getting back to that to-do list soon. <.<;

I like where this is going so far. It feels like you're broadening your value range, which I think makes your pieces stronger. I would say push the values a bit further if you can, but I don't know what the rest of the piece looks like.

I plan to give it an actual jungle-y background, but that's pretty much it. I'm trying to stay as close to the inspiration painting as possible. I was at a disadvantage with the Ariel one because I couldn't find an underwater palette, so I had to make up my own. Now it's different!

This was the last disney movie I ever saw in the cinema's Basically the end of an era for me

And quite frankly... I'm glad it was This was the last good disney movie of the 90's Oh well Loved that couple btw

Can't remember if I saw Toy Story 2 in the theaters, but I saw Enchanted as a college kid with my mom. ^_^ The hand-drawn movies are definitely out of style now unfortunately. Loved Princess and the Frog though.

It's pretty good. I'm annoyed though that I'm missing half the dialog because apparently you can't hear someone if you're not looking at them. :/

Hmm good point.

And while I liked princess and the frog, it sadly just isn't like the 90's movies

Though I still love Pixar And recently the HTTYD from dreamworks, that was surprisingly good

Hmm, thanks for telling me I'll keep that in mind. Because I just ordered my own version But tell me: Is it worth a 9 like some critics say it is worth?

I heard it was based on the old cartoon more then the recent movies, so that is at least a plus

Yes, Pixar just keeps cranking out amazing movies. Incredibles is by far my favorite. They got the family interactions spot on.

HTTYD was better than I expected as well. It actually caught me by surprise, which is a hard thing to do.

It is a good game. I haven't played any newer games in years, so I don't know how it stacks up to others of the genre. The play style is based heavily in the Gears of War engine, so if you liked that you'll probably like War for Cybertron. Getting to walk around their cities, even after they've been decimated, is wonderful. But so far I'm disappointed by Megatron. He seems to have no motivation other than conquering the planet. :/
