This took flippin' AGES and before I decided on this design I went through like 3 other looks. In all? This probably took like 5 or 6 hours. Not all at once though. It look about 3 days to complete. xD

Anyway... Forgive me for making yet ANOTHER skeleton OC. I need to stop, I know, but I couldn't resist. Right now I'm going through a kind of pirate-obsessed phase so... Yep.

This guy is from a universe set in the 1500s-1600s where skeletons are enslaved. And yes. There are pirates, definitely. I have some event ideas in mind and ideas just keep flowing!

Name/Nickname(s): Colton "Splinter" Zander
Species: Skeleton
Age: Around 17 years old
Gender: Male

Personality: Colton is filled with hatred at all humans for what they've done, and are doing, to his species. He is distrustful, hardly trusting even members in his rebellion, and easy to anger. Though, he does try to give his group what they need in addition to organizing groups to rescue enslaved skeletons. He also has a twisted sense of justice believing that killing, torturing, and sometimes enslaving humans is right. They deserve to pay. This is only karma... Right?

Backstory: Colton used to be a slave- and a pretty miserable one at that. His slave name used to be "Curse" and he actually had a family. For a bit. By the time he was 10, his entire family had died from continuous abuse. When his owner wanted to sell him, he snapped. He couldn't take it anymore and he was not giving himself up to another human to be abused even more. When his owner made the mistake of turning his back on him, Colton managed to grab his owner's gun and proceeded to shoot and kill him. After that, Colton freed the remaining slaves on his owner's property and escaped with them. Unfortunately, most of these skeletons died not long after and Colton was left with four skeletons. This, however, was the beginning of his rebellion.

Weapon(s): His sword, his magic (sometimes), and a gun he stole from his owner
Abilities/Powers: He is able to summon attacks using his magic when provoked enough, but usually he relies on his intelligence and strength.

Fun fact: His rebellion is called Forsaken Souls.

Edit: His age was changed from 15 to 17 because someone mentioned it was impractical for him to be 15 and I agreed.
