Wow, he looks different from Chromo Dash. Are you sure he's his brother?Yes, he is. He just looks like other Rainbow Dash next gens that are male. Honestly though, he looks cooler than his brother lol. Eh well.
He might be the character that looks the most like other SoarinDash ocs. I had lots of fun making him though. He's my favorite of the trio that I uploaded today, design-wise anyways. Story-wise, Penny's my favorite.
Also, it's News Years Eve! I'm gonna talk about this year in a post. This is also not the last deviation of the year.
