My take on the Joker's henchman...er...woman.Wanted to give her a softer side since everyone draws her usually acting psychotic or slapsticky.
Of course Harley belongs to the media giant that is DC a division of WarnerBros.

Well I'm no authority on the history of Harley but I do know that she was once a fledgling psycho-analyst who ended up falling in love with the Joker and drove her career until she was at Arkham with him thus adding to her infatuation even more and eventually leading to her being his partner in crime so to speak.
At least I think, someone may have more input or a different take on her but that's what I vaugely remember from the cartoon where she made her first appearence.
