I have some images of her at my gallery. She is wearing (well, actually, mostly just spilling out of... Ha!) this tiny purple outfit that she wore only one issue, Avengers #161. That is my favorite Wasp costume of all time!
Since I have a "superheroine KO/peril" fetish, all of my commissioned art shows various heroines (Wonder Woman, the Wasp, my own creation Panther Girl) getting knocked out and captured. Take a look and tell me what you think!

Random follow-up suggestion... you ever try doing a (Rachel Leighton) Diamondback? I've always kinda dug her purple/black costume and haven't really seen much in the guise of pinups featuring her... I'm sure you'd do a killer job on the character.

My favorite is the simple black + pink one she sported during the late 80's/early 90's by far... simple yet sexy.

You might be wondering why she's blonde in those references and doesn't have magenta hair... well that's because during a storyline she got bodyswapped with Dazzler of the X-men. As my file-naming suggests I came up with a pseudo name for the Amalgram that was the result of the bodyswap: Dazzling Diamond.
Anywho ... yes the simple black + pink costume (without the diamonds adorning her outfit) is the costume of choice imo.

I've got that issue somewhere. It's got this creepy purple zombie looking guy with what appears to be his ribcage sticking out of his back, correct? Was it an annual or something...now I'm gonna have to go dig through my longboxes and find it.

Yep... X-men annual #13 as told by Terry Austin and pencilled by Mike Vosburg.
The book stuck out to me for a few reasons since I read it as a kid so long ago:
1st ... Diamondback in Dazzler's body doing her darndest to get Wolverine in bed, (stripping and then getting into his bed at the beginning of the book, taking a drag off his cigar later)... was/is fairly sexy. Sure it's a total departfure for the character, (since later on she never exhibits any of the "femme fatale" tendencies Austin wrote for her), but it was hot and it stuck out in my mind for just that reason. 
2nd ... a Blonde Dazzler in Diamondback's outfit looks hotter then the magenta haired Diamondback herself, lol.
It would've been unique had the two women instead of just swapping minds merged together to form some sort of Amalgram chick; She'd call herself Alison Leighton or Rachel Blair... and call her superhuman identity Dazzling Diamond! 
Mindswaps are few and far between in the X-books (usually)... the only other predominate ones I recall off hand were--- Storm and Emma Frost/White Queen in X-men 151-152, (Storm looked hot in the White Queen outfit lol... another idea perhaps to render?!)

Hmmm...I'd have to look for some ref but maybe when I do some of my sketching to loosen up before attacking a page she might pop up.

Nice work! Love the pose and, of course, the shading, which you never fail to do well. Nice work! I can only imagine how tricky it was to get it right (the hand woulda tripped me up) but you did great with it.
