So, I've been browsing around some of the experiments from Lilo and Stitch, and I thought , " hey! I got an experiment to showcase! " So, here it is! Experiment 299: Design to bend the multiverse to it's will. Just don't get on his bad side, cause he's the gangster of the multiverse!

On a side note, I did want to give him his own personality; that being a wisecracking smart ass. Quite unique if you ask me.
