Im not really supposed to tell, because of company policy... but its cool I guess... the people there didnt want any flash used at all, they told us that it throws off the gymnasts... I know that our ISO was probably 800, and we had it on shutter priority (camera selects the aperature, based on lighting and what the Shutter speed is), setting it at 125. We shot over 15,000 images that tournament.

damn straight it throws off teh gymnasts... you try doing that with flashes going off everywhere!
