Billy and Mandy in my style... going to a casual dress party. I like drawing Mandy all pretty. Yeah okay I know this should go in scraps but I LIKE IT. I hate drawing things off of the computer and then trying to make them look better on the computer... I shouldn't have drawn this on notebook paper
Anyways... I hope you guys like Billy and Mandy... Sorry for submitting two deviations in one day, I was just bored during a lot of classes
