The moon does not distract or take away from this piece at all. I like the moon. I think it adds an element of environment, and adds to what a what I see as being a theme of the transitory nature of life. We live we die, the day give way to night, seasons change, etc.
Love it. I love this piece. I love the contrast. You used to texture and the color of the cardboard very well.

Sooooo very great, animals with antlers/horns are so fun to draw skinless. Love the use of cardboard.

although skeletons of deers scare me a lot, this one is especially beautiful.
