How I animate (and color) Sailor Moon with the GIMP program and Wacom tablet.It's about 40 minutes?.. so listen to your favorite music, take some pop corns or whatever and enjoy XD

How do you animate in GIMP if you add a background to it? Do you have to copy the background for every animated layer?

Yes. That's right ^^ With layer groups I just duplicate the whole group layer every time & the BG is inside there.
