Long awaited commission for Hfar ! These two were such a creepy pair to draw. Cadmea and Merron, of the Beldrobbaen clan. Perfect for Halloween, which was about when the picture was finished

Kharla was a team effort by Kern/Kite. Kern was kind enough to let me draw the part where all the people get eaten. I may even get to do the webdesign this weekend if I'm lucky *fingercross*

I was widening that something was off with drowtales this past year of so but I didn't know what. But now I know.
The comic had such detailed backrunds and lighting when you were working for them.

I love the outfit of the gal in the chair, Cadmea yes? Her little friend however is indeed creepy "wonders what became of her poor eyes" O_O

That I can explain. Merron is actually a commoner with empathic abilities who was tainted during an accident many years ago. Having been a young girl when the Nidraa'chal war occurred and having seen/sensed the effects demonic possession first hand, living with the taint was akin to a constant waking nightmare for her. After her mind had shattered from the strain, she decided in a bout of mad logic to remove the most obvious sign of her taint; her eyes. You probably don't want to know how she did so.
To put it simply, the girl has issues.
