I LOVE L! !
I really like both Raito & L but L is especially... lovable. Just the way he sits, holds things, and his racoon eyes... I was dying in the first volume when I couldn't see his face even though I knew what he looked like, so I actually did this chibi first out of my deprivation. And to again spread the Death Note bug... (er that sounded wierd)

I'm reserving judgment on the guy who's playing Raito in the movie(s), but the guy whose playing L looks perfect for L! Looks like he's got his quirky mannerisms down too.

Ah, I see you knew it was compliment! I am a hig fan of the creepy yet funny nature of Tim Burton's work, and it's nice to see fan art of my favorite anime in a similar style, even if it wasn't intetional! Great work, watch for you!

I realize that, but I drew this after only reading the first manga (miffed that it never showed his face) and all I felt I could go on was the the mocking code/saying that Raito left for him to find. If it bothers people that much, I could make it a chocolate covered strawberry XD
