Here is the result of messing with animation and a foot! I do wish for its speed to be a little slower, but my noob-ish animation skills did not allow that. Perhaps in the future I can make some more, slower and cleaner ones. Other than that, I was really happy with the result. I mean, It's an animated foot, and that's all I really was aiming for. Hope ya'll like this little animation!
