Using photos that arn't you without the person in/who took the photo's knowledge AND permission, IT'S STEALING!!!That is the simplest way I can explain it.
its sad that when I go through my watches and group deviations I have to stop and sort out the ones to report.
and I'm sorry but unless you've gotten up close and personal with some celebs YOU CAN'T DO PHOTOMANIPS WITH THEIR FACES.

I'm not sure if it's the same thing but this girl whose(who's) popular on dA redid 2 pictures of mine without asking or me knowing. I want to do something of it but I'm sure what to do. And I'm almost positive that she's going to do it a third time.

you can report her, go to her deviation, scroll down until you see a on the right side of the screen a little symbol that is a diamond with an ! exclamation point. a menu will pop up and you click the blue writing that says My Work Used and follow the instructions.
Deviantart is really fast about these usually, so just do this for each one of yours in her gallery

I always ask permission Leatherkatts just bitching as some of us who do ask permission from sellers to temporary use their photos of items we buy until said items arrive , shes a drama queen and a major trouble maker Id pay her no mind as its just a childish personal attack on me as I got permission and its written permission on my club to use sellers photos of items I have brought from sellers I buy a lot of stuff from ebay off, and from a repaint artist that has an account here himself.
Most sellers are fine with people useing there photos example I brought a thigh high pair of boots the seller was fine with me using the photo of them I provided a link back to her ebay shop and she was ok free publicity for her. The nice girl I brought my ironhide off of as well said yes you brought the item its yours its ok to use the picture till you get him.
I have 100 per cent positive feed back on ebay and most sellers are fine with it as long as one asks first and also gives credit some sellers do ask not to be mentioned and I respect that and just put photo care of seller it is then replaced once item has arrived, as DA has told me as long as you get permission from the person you brought the item off it is fine as I have asked myself its tracing and just putting up photos others have taken and claiming you took them when you didnt thats wrong.
As for all the repaints that these goons have tryed to say I stole the pictures and posting wthout permission well I brought the repaints and also rights to the photos and the seller who took the photos of the items I have brought has even posted on one of my groups that I have the rights to the photos and I have all the emails from sellers showing that I have perission and I always credit the photo to seller until item arrives then I take a photo and replace it.
I asked a da mod and even they said this is no problen if you have permission and credit the seller in some form and dont claim the photo its ok to post it, I have one or two in my gallery but only because One item is on layby and the others are repaints currently with my net bro and the other few are pre-orders and yes I have written permission in emails to use those pictures. I recently replaced the boots one seeing the boots have arrived same with my Ironhide.

Was just warning you leatherkatt is a trouble maker been following me around stalking my pages and following me where ever I go making a dam childish nusince of herself just because I reported her ring leader for plagerising and stealing others botcon photos I always ask permission her friend never dose and is a well known lier and well all her friends work is traced so becuase i reported her friend for stealing my work and telling the truth about said friend leatherkatt and the rest of this girls goons have been stalking me belive me she only found yoiur stamp by coming to my page.
They have tryied to get most of my transformers collection ripped down just so the ring leader can clim she got all hers first all of them aare just childish bullies so becareful of them as if you dont argree with Leatherkatt shes known to starrt bullying those who wont see it her way and try to force them into seeing her point of view belive me I ve reported them.
They just bully me for speaking up and telling the truth.

I must thank you for making this stamp. I have actually had this problem with this da member who's been taking people's OC's without permission and its made my friends and i angry at her. I have been warning her a number of times, but she;s refused to listen, so i reported her.

exactly, the best thing to do is to just report them if they wont listen, because unfortunely you could end up getting suspended or banned from da for bullying. So best to just report then get into a fight really.
