Decided to brighten some random person's day by randomly updating. I had some spare time and the necessary icons and panels. What else was I supposed to do?Boy, did things escalate quickly.

Design: 2p!Prussia is largely based off pixtta's 2p!Prussia and partly on 2p!Prussia's (official) female counterpart.
Personality: His personality is an exageration of characters from the Sturm and Drang era. He can, much like regular Prussia, be very serious, deep and meaningful, but, again much like regular Prussia, he's often being too self-indulgent to really behave like that.

And for characters, look up Schiller's "The Robbers". It's the only sturm und drang literature I've had to read so far and I personally think all the characters are drama queens. (Again, wiki entry: [link] )
FYI, what the internet says does not parallel with how boring it is (in my opinion) to read sturm und drang books. True, I'm basing this on only one piece of literature I've read, but considering that it's a classic example of sturm und drang literature... *dies*. I hope this helps.
