I guess so. Then if that is the case, how did 2p!Prussia survive since he is a non-killer? I'd find that a bit difficult.

Whew, headcanon time.
Well, he wasn't always the 2p!Prussia we know from 2p!HetaOni (according to the 2p!talia headcanon I've named "Distort", as I support multiple headcanons and need to keep them sorted in my head). When he became more of a pacifist, it was after or shortly before he met Germany/found Germany/whatever. Since then, Germany sort-of protected Prussia and also sort of served as a henchman at times (as seen when Prussia ordered Germany not to tell anyone about the letter they found near the end of Chapter 2)
I'm trying to reveal as little as possible about the Distort Headcanon (the applied headcanon in 2p!HetaOni), so that I can keep a lot of surprises up my sleeve (if you knew a lot about the Distort Headcanon, the comic wouldn't be as mysterious or confusing, if you ask me) So unfortunately, any more questions will have to remain unanswered for now.

Another awesome page. XD This is really awesome! But when Germany says "I haven't forgotten world war one" I would think he would be referring to world war two since (and I'm going off regular Hetalia) he would have met Italy in WWI as an enemy. It would have been WWII where Germany would have probably been targeted by Italy when Italy betrayed him. But that's just my thoughts. I can't wait for the next part! ^^

Thank you, but I'm afraid I do mean world war one. Originally, Germany was scripted to touch his cheek, where he has a scar, suggesting that when he and Italy met during war, he was attacked by Italy... And it left quite a few scars. I later removed it, because a) I'm not sure if I support that headcanon yet and b) I also couldn't be bothered to draw Germany touching his scar.
Besides that, during world war two, as you already said, Italy and Germany were allies and... well, they really were. When the allies came from the south, Italy changed sides, leading to North Italy being occupied by Germany, while South was occupied by the Allies... So a personal headcanon is that both in 2p!Hetalia and Hetalia, Italy never turned his back on Germany, even though his brother did (although, who can be surprised about THAT, am I right?) So yeah.
