It's a perspective shot. It's supposed to imply they're on the stairs (which is why there's 1. a height difference, Canada is further up than him and 2. Germany is also smaller than Canada, he's further away)

No, I didn't redraw chapters 7 and 8... I really don't see the point in that, since I didn't for chapters 1 to 3. I did remove some plot things though. I just didn't click on the thing to notify watchers of the changes.

Yes. It's sort of off hiatus. In that I don't have to go fixing earlier chapters. Well. Except some of Chapter 6, perhaps.
Actually, part of the reason I needed to edit earlier chapters is because 2p!HetaOni is going to have an actual end. I've been tailoring the story carefully so that I can finish it. That's part of the reason why there are so many additional plot threads. It's not just random whimsy. Although it is.
