I'm not. I was just trying to extrapolate a more feminine pirate outfit and the red dress (which comes from the red bandana Pipsqueak wears) looked plain, and for some reason, I remember things like polkadots being associated with pirates for some reason.

And I'll try and make it clearer when I'm making a joke. I posted that because I like Minnie Mouse, and the clothes reminded me of her.. so I felt the need to say something silly. I love this design, I feel like it's what I would do, because I really like Pip, he acts and even looks like my little brother with the light skin/coat and brown hair, and I love Minnie Mouse so it would make sense that I love it so much. You're a good artist you know.
