The teenaged, eternally petty half time princess/hobo living in a cardboard box in the woods Princess of Lumpy Space, LSP.
I drew her as an ethereal bubbling blob of.... goo's not the right word, but a blob nonetheless, kind of a cloud if it was solid. She floats in the air and emits bubbles of gas that pop silently, as do all Lumpy Space People.
Lumpy Space Princess acts like a bratty, apathetic, sassy, attention-seeking and willfully ignorant teenager, often texting on her phone. She is the archetype of the teenage valley-girl "princess" affecting a self-centered, stubborn and rude persona. Her off-putting personality may actually be a way for her to cope with her own insecurities about her appearance. Furthermore, she seems to be more aware than she lets on. She acknowledged the shallow nature of her friendship with her fellow Lumpy Space folk compared to the more genuine friendship with Finn and Jake.
She prefers to be the center of attention. When people ignore her, she will yell things out to regain the spotlight, yelling about her social life simply so people are focused solely on her. She thinks that every party is her party and tries to ruin Tree Trunks' wedding by convincing that it was her party. She did not give up when Finn tries to block her and crawled to the ceremony instead, while yelling for everybody to pay attention to her. She even show-off her bouquet just to let everyone pay attention to her. She often misinterprets things and jumps to conclusions that rarely represent reality. She will also create drama where none exists, and she assigns names and personalities to animals and insects in order to act out romance-driven storylines.
Lumpy Space is a bizarre dimension located in the space above Ooo, only accessed through portals under 'normal' conditions, although the entrances are all bizarre. No one is entirely certain what Lumpy Space is made of, or where it came from, but no one is particularly interested in finding out. The Lumpy Space People do not remember the origins of their dimension, but it is rumored that they were created from chemicals released during the Great Mushroom War from some form of factory... But that's a different story. Drink Super Porp .
The environment of Lumpy Space is warped, sticky place, floating clouds adorn the landscape, making traveling as a non floating individual extremely difficult. Not only that, the place is near toxic to most beings, the chemicals in the air can lead to lumpification if let into the bloodstream, mostly from open wounds. This has led to a belief, even among Lumpy People, that a bite from them will transform a normal being into a Lumpy Person. This is a common occurrence, but only because Lumpy People can absorb the chemicals of their homeland, so a Lumpy Person who has recently been in Lumpy Space can lead to lumpification. The antidote to which is the Smooth Pearl, a pearl that is said to be perfectly round, beyond scientific logic, that has been bounced around Lumpy Space for eons, it is almost impossible to find, because it bounces off of all objects and no Lumpy People particularly care about it. This leads to another reason that most avoid Lumpy Space; its culture. The Lumpy People are.... Not pleasant. For some reason, their culture seems to be based on an ancient societal construct known as 'high school' and in particular, beings known as 'valley girls'. It is believed that the 'valley people' were an ancient tribe of people long ago, strict social hierarchy is a main belief of these beings. The Lumpy People are rude, petty, obsessed with minutia, the current trendy fashion that changes every few months, weekly rituals called 'Promcomings' are parties that segregate into cliques, and in general, everyone agrees that they're a bunch of jerkwads.
