Bill might be one of my all time favorite villains, period, along with Mal. He's just so gleefully insane and all powerful that it's fun. I also love that even as the kids (and Soos) think they've defeated him, he just stops, and reveals he was just fucking with them the whole time. He had complete and utter control from the second he stepped into their dimension, and he was just tormenting them.Also, when he says "I'll be watching you!" he picks Soos's symbol on the wheel.Btw, this was insanely hard to draw for just being a triangle. I just realized I made his hat too short because my reference image cut it off. Fuck, I'll deal with it XD not like I don't think he'd change it just because. FIXED
Fun fact, when Mabel calls him an isosceles nightmare, she's correct about the type of triangle he is.

His only appearance so far, but he's hidden throughout the series, and in the end of the episode he declares "I'll be watching you!" and in the next episode, he's hidden in the background with the same words in code.
