Bioluminescent: He can make the blue parts of his body glow and shift colour at will.
Digital display: He can display emotions and other visuals on his face screen, he can also display visual effects on his shoulderpads.
Electric immunity: He has a sort of "blood" running in his body which helps transfer energy around his body. It's a strong conductor and make shim immune to electrical shocks.

Light/Energy manipulation: He can warp light and energy particles to create blasts, light/energy constructs, and visually warping attacks of many kinds. His powers often manifests in a pixelated, fragmented, or glitching look if not specifically coordinated to appear as something specifically. While this ability is his main mean of attack he can also use it in a harmless but deceiving manner by warp light around himself or his surroundings to create illusions.

Fire manipulation: He can ignite the air around him, as well as shoot and breathe fire projectiles.
