Description
You fit perfectly to me in the loneliness
Melt this curse away
Though I'll never know your name
I'll cry for you the same
("Fresh Static Snow" - Porter Robinson)

Experimental digital painting with Multitracker observing Starscream flying by in a distance. It's hard to explain the thoughts and emotions behind this drawing, let's just say love is very complicated when you barely know who you are.

That's some very nice static you've made. Wish I knew how you did it.

Oh! How did you create the static-glitchy effect? That turned out really well!

Thank you so much!
I used 3 techniques for the glitchy/static/3D effects.
1: The technique used on the snow flakes, on the mountains, and on Multitracker is simply a filter in photoshop. You select what you want to use the filter on, then you go to to the "Filter" tab, then "Pixelate", and then "Mosaic", and then you adjust the setting to how pixelated you want it to be.
2: For the 3D effect it's simply a layer style trick! Here's a tutorial www.dreamstale.com/tutorial-cr…
3: The glitchy effect that crosses over the entire image here and there was created using this technique

Awesome! Thank you so much for sharing these tutorials with me, the effects work so well in your piece (which is fantastic!) and I'd love to try something similar with my own work one of these days. c:

You've really outdone yourself on this! Easily one of the best art pieces I've seen from you! Good job and keep up the good work!
